Custom products require careful confirmation before production. This policy keeps the front store and admin refund workflow aligned.
Custom printed products
Custom printed or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved order details.
Before production
If production has not started, contact support immediately. We will review whether the order can be changed or cancelled.
Defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, order number, and a description of the issue. Approved cases may receive replacement, store credit, or refund.
