These terms describe how custom order requests, artwork confirmation, payment, production, and support are handled.
Order requests
Submitting checkout creates an order request while online payment is being configured. Orders are not released to production until payment and artwork are confirmed.
Customization responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, sizes, logo quality, and product details before approval.
Product availability
We may contact you to confirm stock, production feasibility, substitutions, or updated delivery estimates before final confirmation.
Need help with an order?
Send us your product link, quantities, deadline, and customization notes. We will confirm the mockup and payment instructions before production.
